Awareness days with variable interactive content weighting aligned with client requirements. Facilitated by experienced Mental Health Trainer and ICF Coach.
Delivered in your workplace
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Module is a ‘one day at your organisation’ aimed at Managers and Leaders to create a real awareness of the seriousness of Mental Health and how the stigma can be challenged in the workplace.
It was originally to compliment our LPA 2 Manager Training Programme where our underpinning focus is reinforcing positive behaviours and providing new learnings in people management for sustainable performance. Every session having the objective to create effective, healthier thinking space for more resourceful ‘mental states’ in Managers and Leaders.
Today, our clients can benefit from a stand-alone programme where the delivery style is intended to maximise the learning for all participants, whilst creating psychological safety and confidence to discuss difficult content openly.
The day will be facilitated by a specialist in Mental Health Training, licensed by MHFA England or a Clinical Psychologist.
We can also deliver a full range of mental health bespoke training courses.
Its recognised and well documented that over the last decade organisations are experiencing unprecedented challenges and have to adopt and ever adapt from established ways of managing their workforce.
We can offer internally or through our partners further substantial psychological support programmes for any industry / occupation – individual, sport, family and education.
