Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Programme is a ‘one day at your organisation’ aimed at Managers and Leaders.
The aim of the programme is to provide recognition to the benefits of what Equality, Diversity and Inclusion can offer to an organisation, identify the risks of failing to deal with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion issues in the workplace and to increase the attendees competence in raising and addressing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion issues.
Similar in format to the Mental Health & Wellbeing Programme in that it is a stand-alone day it encourages group discussions, partner work and activities, video and power-point presentation, Q&A and individual reflection activities
Our expert facilitator will knowledgeably navigate all subjects, openly, whilst creating a safe and healthy environment for maximum engagement and learning.
Objectives
The awareness/ training day will support the attendees with the skills to:
- Discuss and understand what is meant by Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Understand the purpose of, and key points from, the Equality Act 2010
