LPA Programme for Manager / Team Leaders
A behaviour lead People and Business Management Programme which has positive long lasting impact bespoke to you. 6 Days of training (face to face) / Work Place Improvement Project / Learning and Project Support (Teams/Tel/Email) over a period of 6 months. Facilitated by business experienced, knowledgeable, approachable, high energy trainers at your workplace.
Ideal for current managers, potential managers and leaders who want to be more effective and with their people and business skills within the organisation.
(Up to 8 delegates per training day per programme)  

LPA 2

LPA Programme Level 2
For managers with existing under- pinning leadership knowledge who wish to develop further. Concentrated focus on 10-12 ‘client identifiable’ areas for business improvement.
Individual Psychometric (Delivered by BPS Registered Facilitator) based needs analysis for focused learning / Group 1 day sessions (10 – 12 different modules) /  Variable programme – approx. 12 – 18 months.
(Up to 8 delegates per training day) Unlimited delegates per programme. Delivered in your workplace.
